This class will be combing healthy eating with fitness. We are bringing our own weight watchers to the YMCA BUT unlike weight watchers, we are adding in the fitness aspect. Participants will be weighing in every week in order to hit their goal weight. Recipes and weekly challenge sheets will be available each week. At the end of each class we supply a healthy snack to give you ideas, and a taste of what to be eating before and after your workouts! The exercises will be friendly for all levels. You can start out in this class as your first fitness class ever, or add this into your regular workout schedule and take each exercise up to your challenge level. Its new, its fun, its healthy and its here at the YMCA!
