HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

This class is for the individual looking to challenge themselves! To take their personal goals, bring them a step higher, and achieve it! We work hard, sweat and feel GREAT after! We go from the stairs, to weights, to the indoor track, to core, to the spin room….ALL IN ONE CLASS. The hour flys by in a blink, but the effectives of this class burn calories for hours after, it has been studied and proved! This is a specialty class that requires and additional fee to attend.
